Pictures inspire writing!
ESL learners can use pictures as a source of inspiration for writing. Every picture carries a message in it for the views and sometimes can be interpreted in several ways.
Choose a picture, write about it and let an English teacher check it for you. You will realise that your vocabulary will improve a lot because you have to call things you see in the picture by their correct names and describe their look.

*Where was the picture taken?
 
*What is strange or abnormal in the picture?
 
*What do you think the photographer is trying to communicate through this picture?
 
Tips on how to write about a picture.
 
*Name and describe the things and people you see on the picture.
 
*Describe the action.
 
*Add your imagination to it by imagining what could have happened before the picture was taken. Also imagine what could likely have happened after the picture was taken.
