Points to note:
1. You can buy many lessons at once and reserve your hours.
2. You must reserve your lesson at least 24hours before the time of the lesson.
3. If you reserve a lesson but can not be present online for that lesson you have to notify us at least 2hours before the lesson time, if not your lesson will be considered lost.
4. If we confirm a lesson for you but later on can not teach the lesson for some reason we shall notify you so that you can arrange the lesson for another time. If we do not notify you we shall reimburse you the full cost of the lesson.
5. Technical failures leading to the interruption of a lesson will be compensated with a catch -up lesson for the number of minutes lost.
