1. We do the best we can for you to achieve what you want through your letter. We write your letter basing on the information you provide us. Hence, we are not responsible for issues resulting from the letters we write. The customer is responsible for the contents of the letter.

 

2. You pay before your letter is written. In case you are not satisfied with the letter we have written you are free to ask for modifications but not a reimbursement.

 

3. For customers who want a face-to-face discussion before the letter is written, transport fares are not included in the costs mentioned above. However they have the other option of coming to our office located in Putou District - Shanghai.

 

4. We are very confidential. We keep a copy of every letter we write for reference but we never disclose your private information to third parties or use yor letters for publicity.

 

5. Paying for your letter to be written comfirms that you have agreed to our terms.
